RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All our product have strict quality control, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return or exchange as-new WWW.EDDOWORLD.COM product(s) within 14 days, after 14 days, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange service.

Unfortunately we cannot be guaranteed that we will receive the returned product and are not responsible for this, so we highly recommend to choose a trackable shipping service or choose shipping insurance for items over 79 Eur.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed in next 2 working days, orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

EDDOWORLD does not take responsibility of any lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. EDDOWORLD also don’t take responsibility of extra duty fees or other charges.
