The Buyer is responsible for withdrawing the parcel from Parcel terminal or Post office. Notification of shipment will be send by phone to the number indicated by the buyer in the order. In cases where the buyer does not pick up the parcel from Parcel terminal , the parcel is returned to the seller. At customer’s choice possible refund of amount paid, after deduction of the cost of the shipping and return service or re – shipment at the cost of the shipping and return service ( 2,50 Eur ) . Customer pays also for re – dispatching.
